About Idaho Fresh Produce, Inc.

In 1948, Gale and Ross Clement founded Idaho Fresh Produce. What started as a small 80 acre farm grew into a 10,000 acre operation, with 5,000 dedicated entirely to potatoes. And not just any potatoes. We only grow the Russet Burbank variety--a potato acclaimed around the world for its high solid contect, color, and excellent taste.

Once a small, regional company, Idaho Fresh Produce has grown into an international force, but we've never forgotten our humble roots. And we're always searching for new ways to improve our products and services. So even as we look back with pride on a half century of excellence, we continue to look forward. After all, that's the formula for success that has made us what we are today. And it promises to keep us at the forefront of the fresh potato industry for many years to come.
